About Crystal Eidenschink

After 14 years in the field of nursing, Crystal decided it was time to further her education and pursue her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. It was through Grand Canyon University where she achieved her graduate degree in Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner. Crystal has a professional demeanor when it comes to providing patient care, and embodies a whole health approach. Her ability to listen allows her to cultivate a personalized plan of care for all of her patients.

When she isn’t providing individualized care to the members of her community, Crystal can be found spending time with her son, traveling and finding new restaurants to try. She looks forward to helping those she serves achieve optimal health and wellness.
